A typical playlist holds thousands of channels spread over dozens of bouquets, each named its own way. Scrolling through all of them with a remote is nobody's idea of an evening. Klyvo Play helps you organize IPTV channels by country and category automatically: you say which countries you watch, and the app files every channel where you would look for it.
Klyvo Play is a player. It does not provide any channel, film or series: you connect the service you already use and are authorized to use. The countries and categories shown are those of your own source.
How Klyvo Play knows a channel's country
Providers rarely say it in a clean field, so the app reads the names: a tag at the start of a bouquet (“FR|”, “UK:”…), a flag, or the country written out in one of several languages. A bouquet that matches no country lands in Other. Nothing is guessed from your location — only from your playlist.
Choose your countries: up to 3
Right after you connect your source, the app asks Which countries do you watch? — “Pick up to 3. We blend their channels, movies and series.”
- Suggested for you: countries proposed from your region and from what your subscription actually contains.
- Search for a country…: accents and case are ignored, and names in other languages work too.
- All countries: every country found in your subscription, busiest first, or A → Z.
Tap a chosen country again to remove it. Changed your mind later? The choice can be changed at any time from the menu, under Country.
“My countries”: one mix of up to 3 countries
Choose two or three countries and the Live, Movies and Series tabs open on My countries — their catalogues blended together — with each country available on its own right next to it in the selector. On Home, the rows draw from each of your countries. The Live tab also lets you jump to any other country of your server through Choose a country, and remembers the last one you browsed.
Organize IPTV channels by category: the themes
Within a country, Live files every channel by what it is about, whatever your provider called its bouquets. The app reads both the bouquet's name and the channel's own name, so a news channel hidden in a general bouquet still ends up under News. The themes are:
- General, News, Sports, Movies, Series, Kids
- Documentaries, Entertainment, Music, Regional, Religion
- Other channels, for anything that fits no theme — and All channels to see everything at once.
Prefer your provider's own layout? Provider bouquets shows the original categories, untouched. And when a country's channels come in several languages, a language filter (All languages by default) narrows the list.
Search as you type
Sometimes you simply know the name. Search finds a film, a series or a channel from the second letter you type, across your whole source. It is often the fastest way to a channel you watch rarely.
My list: your favourites, in your order
Select Add to My list on a channel, film or series and it waits for you in My list, split between Favourite channels and Movies and series. Select Edit to remove an item with × or to hold and drag it into the order you like. Each profile has its own list — see multiple profiles and Kids profile.
FAQ
Why is a channel filed under the wrong country? Because its name, or its bouquet's name, carries no clear country. The app only reads what your source writes; a bouquet with no recognizable tag lands in Other.
Can I choose more than three countries? No — three at most, so the mix stays useful. Every other country of your server is still one step away with Choose a country in Live.
Does the app change my provider's categories? No. It only adds a second way to browse. Provider bouquets always shows your source as it is, and connecting a source is explained in Xtream or M3U.
